Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love using Velora Hub. This policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and billing adjustments are handled for our subscription plans.
01Wanderer Plan
The Wanderer plan is our entry-level subscription at $2.99/month. You can cancel at any time, and your account will remain active through the end of your billing period.
02Cancelling a Paid Subscription
You may cancel your Voyager or Navigator subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- Your account will automatically transition to a downgraded state after the paid period expires
- All of your trip data, journal entries, and content will be preserved — nothing is deleted upon downgrade
03Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

| Service outage exceeding 72 continuous hours | Pro-rated credit |
| Charged after cancellation was submitted | Full refund |

| Partial month after voluntary cancellation | Not eligible |
04How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you have two options:
- AI support chat: Start a conversation in our in-app support chat. The AI assistant can guide you through the refund process.
- Human review: If you prefer to have a human review your refund request, use the escalation form on the Support page or our Contact form.
Please include the email address associated with your account, your subscription plan (Voyager or Navigator), and the reason for your request.
All refund requests are reviewed by our team and we will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
05Early Access Subscriptions
Early access members who received complimentary access are not charged during the complimentary period and therefore are not eligible for refunds during that time. Once the complimentary period ends and billing begins at the early access rate, the standard refund policy above applies.
06Price Changes
If we increase subscription prices, existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' advance notice. You may cancel before the new pricing takes effect without penalty. Early access members are locked into their early access rate for the lifetime of the program.
